What's your product range?
We provide complete range of waterproofing and tile adhesive, include waterproof series,road and bridge series,tile adhesive series,repair series,plugging series,tile grout series and paint accessories series which cover 100 types of products.
Where can I get your product manual?
You can find all of our main products manual in “Services”, download and follow it.
When I want to test your quality, could I get some samples?
Yes, the sample is available. We could send you the free sample but the shipping cost will be charged at your side. Please provide your courier account number if you have one. Alternatively, we will choose which we cooperated many years. Such as DHL, Fedex, UPS or TNT.
Do you accept the OEM/ODM design?
Of course yes, we would like to produce or design according to your ideas and requirements. However,some additional cost for packing will be charged.
Is your price fixed all the time?
The price is negotiable, it depends on your quantity, weight,package etc. When you are making an inquiry, please let us know your detailed requirements, like quantity, package and weight etc.
When could I receive the quotation?
Normally we will you respond you within 30 minutes after we receive your inquiry. Then we will send you the quotation within one working day. If the quotation is urgently required, please call us and inform us your email then we will put your inquiry as priority.
What's the payment method for my order？
Usually we deal with our customers 30% deposit and 70% balance payment before the shipment date or against the copy of B/L. It can be also negotiated based on your special request.
How does your factory relevant quality control?
We use premium quality raw materials and advanced technologies to produces our products. In order to provide utmost security and efficient performance, our engineers and experts test strictly of the products, starting from the procurement of raw materials to final package. We has been technically integrated with BASF(Germany), Wacker Chemical(Germany), National Starch (Italy) and Albo Portland(Denmark) to ensure the products meet the international first-class quality.
